Shenk's Homestead 2020 Sour Mash Whiskey Father's Day Our original Still is aShenks is a Sour Mash Whiskey made with a substantial amount of rye. Following the success of the 2018 and 2019 releases where some Chinquapin (Quercus muehlenbergii) oak barrels were used during maturation, the 2020 release also includes use of this oak.
